1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a PantryGo account, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the system.

2. Description of Service

PantryGo is an inventory and sales management system for mini-grocery stores. It provides stock tracking, expiration monitoring, point of sale recording, and sales analytics through a web dashboard and mobile application.

3. Account Responsibility
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.
  • Store owners are responsible for the staff accounts they create and the access levels they assign.
  • Notify the store owner immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PantryGo to store false inventory records, tamper with sales data belonging to another store, or attempt to access accounts you were not granted.

5. Data Accuracy

Inventory counts, expiration dates, and sales figures depend on the information entered by you and your staff. PantryGo presents reports and forecasts based on that data and does not guarantee the accuracy of records that were entered incorrectly.

6. Forecasts and Recommendations

Predictive sales figures and FSN classifications are estimates generated from your store's past transactions. They are provided to support your decisions, not to replace your own judgment. Purchasing decisions remain yours.

7. Service Availability

The system may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or network interruptions. Keep independent records of critical business information.

8. Account Termination

A store owner may remove staff accounts at any time. Removed accounts lose access to that store immediately, while the store's historical records are retained.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the system develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

1. Information We Collect

When you register, PantryGo collects your username, email address, and password. When you set up a store, it collects the store name, address, contact number, and operating hours.

During normal use, the system records the products you add, stock movements between the stockroom and display, sales transactions, and the account that performed each action.

2. How Your Information Is Used
  • To authenticate you and keep your session active.
  • To display your inventory, sales records, and analytics.
  • To send password reset codes to your registered email address.
  • To generate demand forecasts and movement classifications for your store.
3. Data Storage

Your information is stored in the system's database. Each store's records are kept separate, and accounts can only access data belonging to the store they are assigned to.

4. Email Communication

Your email address is used for password reset verification codes. PantryGo does not send marketing messages and does not sell your email address to third parties.

5. Staff Account Visibility

Store owners can see the username, email, and role of every staff account in their store, along with the stock movements and sales those accounts recorded.

6. Cookies and Sessions

A session cookie keeps you signed in while you use the dashboard. It is removed when you sign out or when the session expires.

7. Data Retention

Sales and inventory records are retained so that historical reports and forecasts remain available. When a staff account is removed from a store, the transactions it recorded stay in the store's history.

8. Your Choices

You may update your store information at any time through Profile Settings, and change your password through the Forgot Password process.
